Our mission is to empower Minnesota's diverse students, particularly those facing barriers to educational access, by building collaborative partnerships and advocating for equitable pathways to family-sustaining careers. We strive to reduce disparities and create innovative solutions that center student success in post-secondary education and beyond.
Our Goals
This not-for-profit volunteer-led coalition aligns partners to better support students, strengthen shared practice, and influence systems that shape opportunity through a connected network of organizations committed to supporting students as they pursue higher education and transition to family supporting careers advancing college attainment and postsecondary success.
Alignment
Building a Powerful Network: We connect community organizations, educators, and advocates across Minnesota to align strategies, resources, and goals in support of students’ college and career attainment.
Shared learning
Providing Practitioner Professional Development: We equip professionals from direct-service staff to managers and program directors, with the knowledge, tools, and connections to strengthen Minnesota’s college and career ecosystem.
Advocacy
Advocate for Change: We elevate practitioner and student experiences to influence policy and systems change that expands equitable college access, persistence, and pathways to family-sustaining careers across Minnesota.
