Our gameplan.

We convene community organizations, educators, and advocates quarterly to set common priorities, measures of success, and shared accountability for Minnesota students. We work together to:

  • Align coaching organizations across Minnesota

  • Build equity-centered coaching skill and confidence

  • Share timely policy, systems, and data updates

  • Strengthen collaboration and shared metrics

Alignment Across Organizations

Members gain shared language, shared metrics, and regular updates on policy, systems, and data—reducing fragmentation and improving coordination across the field.

Accessible Professional Development

MinnesotaCAN hosts four 2‑hour quarterly convenings per year (in‑person with virtual access) focused on:

  • Data informed Equity‑centered coaching & student strategies

  • Data, Affordability (FAFSA) & Sector/Policy updates

  • Systems change and student advocacy

  • Student persistence and transitions
